Zivox is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We strive to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and applicable requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR), and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III where relevant to our public-facing digital services in the United States.
1. Our Commitment
We believe accessible design benefits all users. Our team integrates accessibility into design, development, and quality assurance for our website, client portal, and deliverables when specified in project agreements.
2. Measures We Support
We work toward: keyboard navigability for core flows; sufficient color contrast; resizable text without loss of function; descriptive labels and headings; form labels and error identification; captions or transcripts for media where provided; and compatibility with common assistive technologies including screen readers.
3. Ontario (AODA)
As an Ontario-based organization, we provide this statement to meet customer service and information and communications standards under AODA. We offer accessible formats and communication supports upon request in a timely manner and at no additional cost, subject to applicable law.
4. United States (ADA & Section 508)
For U.S. clients and users, we align public digital experiences with widely recognized WCAG 2.1 AA practices. Where projects fall under federal accessibility requirements (such as Section 508), conformance criteria are documented in the applicable statement of work.
5. Known Limitations
Some third-party embeds, legacy documents, or rapidly evolving features may not yet fully meet our target conformance level. We prioritize remediation based on impact and user feedback.
6. Feedback & Accommodation Requests
If you encounter accessibility barriers on our website or portal, or need an accessible format, please contact accessibility@zivox.io or call +1 (647) 707-8969. Include the page URL, description of the issue, and your preferred contact method. We aim to respond within five (5) business days and to propose a reasonable solution or timeline.
7. Continuous Improvement
We periodically review accessibility through automated scans, manual testing, and user feedback. This statement was last reviewed on the date shown above and will be updated as our practices evolve.
